The 2nd City Council Art Gallery is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to supporting and promoting California artists, their work and art education. Located in the East Village Arts District of Long Beach, the Gallery is housed in the 1930s Wille's Building (formerly Wille's Tin Shop).
The Gallery's current exhibit is entitled "EARTH". This unique features original art that depicts the beauty of the earth, environmental concerns or solutions, the relationship between man and nature, found object art, and art that comes from the earth.

Selecting the three winners – the"best of the best" – from over 120 entries, all of them excellent, was a huge task for our judges, and we want to acknowledge and honor their efforts.
